Rajesh Rathod

Rajesh Rathod is Chief Research Officer & Chief Mentor, Prodapt. 

As Chief Research Officer, Rajesh helps Prodapt design and develop AI-first solutions for the Telecom & Technology industries. With a focused eye on incorporating new technology capabilities into Prodapt’s offerings, Rajesh strengthens and advances Synapt, Prodapt’s homegrown AI-led service delivery platform. He also leads Next Gen Labs & Tools, Prodapt’s in-house R&D unit.

As Chief Mentor, Rajesh guides Prodapt University to drive world-class skill training programs within the organization. 

As CTO in his previous role, Rajesh played an instrumental role in building strategic growth drivers focused on next-generation technology and capability development. He began his journey with Prodapt in 2009, handling global delivery and operations as its COO for several years.

Prior to Prodapt, Rajesh held several leadership positions in the communications technology industry, creating and delivering intellectual property-based software offerings and services for global clients.

Rajesh holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Outside his professional engagements, Rajesh has been a life-long practitioner of Heartfulness meditation and is an active member of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, a spiritual organization where he volunteers for several social welfare initiatives.
