Mukul is Chief Growth Officer – Alt Net & Alt Tech, Europe, Prodapt.

Mukul leverages his entrepreneurial and customer-centric approach to business to help Prodapt deliver futuristic solutions for Communications Service Providers, fiber operators, new-age technology enterprises, SatCom service providers, and cloud infra companies across the European Union and the UK.

With around three decades of experience in Telecom, Energy, and Financial sectors, Mukul has played a crucial role in helping businesses adopt advanced technologies to prepare for the future. He holds a US patent for ‘Collaborative Customer Service Model’ in Telecom.

Prior to Prodapt, Mukul was an AI entrepreneur and co-founded MachineOS to create a self-learning AI platform, which generated high confidence, long-range predictions for Telecom operations. Before that, he spent nearly two decades in large IT service providers handling various executive, regional sales, and global account leadership roles in Europe, Australia, NZ, the US & India across telecom and energy sectors.

Mukul holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.
