Meena is Senior Vice President-GenAI Systems and Digital Platforms at Prodapt.

An experienced technology leader helping Prodapt accelerate AI-powered digital platforms and services for clients, Meena defines the strategic roadmap for Synapt, Prodapt’s Generative AI platform for enterprise-grade organizational efficiency and customer experience enhancement.

Meena focuses on deeply integrating Synapt across customer operations and technology architecture, as well as Prodapt’s internal operations, accelerating the company’s AI-First and AI-at-Core vision.

In her previous roles, Meena helped Prodapt build and scale its Cloud, AI & Data (CAD), and Telecom Network Services functions, bringing powerful technology-led differentiation to the offerings. She specializes in mentoring high-performing teams to drive strategic initiatives that deliver tangible business results.

Prior to Prodapt, Meena held leadership positions across leading global technology service providers, playing a key role in expanding their offshore service delivery for large clients.

Meena obtained her bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Government College of Engineering in Tamil Nadu, India.

 An avid reader, Meena spends her leisure time researching Tamil history and literature.
